Making the Most of It - Part 2

Let's admit it. Getting your own space in this world can be really expensive specially if you are looking for a spot in the city. But this does not stop one from enjoying the perks of being in the middle of it all and living a stone throw away from work-- maximizing limited space by putting essential and functional pieces is the most logical way to make the most of those precious bucks spent on your place of well-being in the middle of the city.

This is a follow up on my previous post of the same title. This is what we came up with after some revisions that had to be done due to the building administrations' restrictions. Despite of it all, the client's very much satisfied with what we ended up with. ^^

A well-placed sofa and a multi-function coffee table makes curling up while reading a good book a good unwinding activity after a tiresome workday. (that is if you decide stay away from watching TV. ^^)

Carefully planned storage and workflow makes this small kitchen practical and functional.

The room shown is about 15 square meters that includes a sitting-tv area, a dining area and kitchen.
